When do you normally start testing? (pregnancy tests that is?)

Do start testing at so many DPO? or do you wait for your AF to be late? What do you normally do?

Since I haven't ovulated yet, I've been testing every 2 weeks. It's getting expensive though so I don't know what to do, I might just do it every 3 weeks now. I just don't want to catch the first egg and not even know I'm pregnant.

I never tested before 14DPO before we started trying for this baby. I don't know why but I have this need to start testing at like 11DPO which is crazy!

I have been waiting till 14 DPO I actually will be taking a test in the morning!

I have jumped the gun far too many times so I do try to hold on for AF now - but as my cycle varies I depend on charting most for this. I think the earliest I would test is 10dpo if my temps were still high.
