Yay Kristyn! We have been not trying not preventing since Ethan was about 2 months old and only officially TTC since January so for us we are headed into our 5th month of TTC. So if you count from when Ethan was 2 months old we are at 8 months now!
With Anastasia we never used BC. I got my period back at 7 months pp, but didn't ovulate until 14 months pp which is when we first got pregnant (miscarried that baby) and got pregnant again 6 weeks later.

My PPAF came back when my daughter was 9mths old (and I never went back on BC after she was born) and she is now 33mths and I AM STILL TTC so effectively its been 2 years!!! But as I have discovered I have had a luteal phase defect all this time (GP's and Breastfeeding specialist disagree whether this is a result of nursing or not) and I have since found that taking B6 has corrected this (which makes me believe my problem wasn't related directly to nursing after all) it has only really been 2 months that my body has been fully fertile/able to concieve.

Hi. Im Jolene. 31 years old. I suffered three years of a short luteal phase and didnt think I could get pregnant again without medical assistance but fell pregnant by accident and naturally. I am really happy and excited to be having a baby although knowing Im going it alone this time is a bit daunting and scary!
