Hi everyone, my name is Janice and I am currently breastfeeding my first child, Cory, 10 mos. Hubby and I have finally decided to hop on the TTC bandwagon!!

Not sure how it'll go with the breastfeeding but I've had my period since about 6 months PP and while it is not exactly regular, it ranges every 28-34 days or so. Also, most months I have ovulatory pains and EWCM so I am assuming O is happening for me, even if not every month. What I do notice however is patches of fertile cervical mucous throughout the month some months, not sure if that is common with other BF'ers?

Our plan is...I just purchased the CBE Fertility Monitor and while the monitor itself says it may not work right with breastfeeding, we are going to use it anyway just to see what my body is doing nowadays! And going to use Pre-Seed, since we used that when I got pregnant with Cory and I figure it should help out with any dryness problems. We are also hoping for a boy and are loosely going to follow the Shettles method for sex selection although we will be thrilled with either sex!
