For those who have tried it to bring back AF, what dosage did you take? I just ordered some and it should be here in a few days. I've been taking B6 for 3 months with no results and my son is 8 months and has been sleeping through the night for almost 7 months, so I'm not sure what else to try, short of weaning. I guess BFing works a little *too* well as birth control for me .

I have been BFing my LO for 10 mo, and although she started solids at 6 mo, she still nurses at night. I started vitex, and after 6 weeks I had return of AF . Thankfully, my supply is still going strong. I actually take Fertility Blend which has chasteberry (vitex) as one of its main ingredients. I have had no side effects.

I ovulated...had the trifecta of signs (+ OPK, EWCM, and temp spike) Maybe it was coincidental, but I have to think the vitex helped. Good luck!
