So, I'm on cd31 and no AF. I've had severe endo pain for the past week, yet no AF. I tested even though I doubted it because I was in so much pain and when I'm pg the pain goes away and of course it was a BFN. Do you think my cycles just aren't regulated since I'm still breastfeeding??

I am not sure...It could be possible...do you know if you have ovulated at all...some women ovulate while breastfeeding and some don't regardless if AF shows up or not....

I'm not charting or using opk's or a monitor, but I'm fairly certain I ovulated. I get severe ovulation pains for a couple days and then it's good for a bit before more pain sets in if I'm not pg. I think I ovulated on cd16. Still no AF. Driving me nuts.

My cycles were way off with my others when I was bfing. I would wait another week and test again. I know with my one dd I wound up being pregnant and I had ovulated way later in the month than normal. Good luck!

I got my cycles back when ds was 15 months old, and I think I O'd the second cycle and everyone thereafter. I got pg on the 3rd cycle...and got a few FAINT bfp's, then lost the baby. Got pg again 4 months later, same thing, a few faint bfp's...again 2 months later...faint bfp's...and again 2 months later to increasingly darkening bfp's! That's this pg now.

What kind of test are you using? It could be possible that its just not a low enough level of hcg reading test.
