DS will be 10 months old in a couple days and AF returned yesterday. I had been warned that my first ppaf would be horrible, plus i have the non-hormonal IUD, which is supposed to make cycles heavier and more painful, but it's been a really easy cycle. No cramping, back pain, etc. and just a normal flow. Is is because I'm still nursing? I am so relieved, I've been dreading the witch for so long, and she's taking it easy on me.

More than likely it is due to your breastfeeding, but it does differ from woman to woman...for me it has been heavier than usual and although it tends to be irregular it is more regular than before baby days...

Glad to hear she is being kind to you...that is always great news
