Hi my name is Lauren and I have a daughter Mackenzie who is 4 months old. I supplement with breast milk because I don't make enough. I have only had my period once at 7 weeks pp. DH and I want to conceive another little one but I have no clue how to start without a period. I look forward to getting to know you all and any advice you have is appreciated.

Hi Lauren! I have three children but am no pro at this since I have never tried to conceive while BFing before. I know that it is possible to conceive w/out a period but I don't know anyone personally that it has happened for. I would probably just continue as usual until I had another cycle. There are people that could help you with charting though if you wanted to start with that. Good luck!

Most of us do our charting online at FertilityFriend.com

It's a good sign that your OPK's are getting darker! It means you're getting ready to ovulate
