Can your cervix be S.H.O.W. without ovulation when you are BFing? I am a little concerned that we may have had an "accident" during ovulation, but I am hoping since I haven't had a cycle yet that my cervix could be that way because of the BFing.....and not because of ovulation. We really were wanting to wait a while before TTC #5. I don't want to have a baby when he is deploying in the fall

Thanks for the response! Josh and I want to have 6-8 kids, but I just had a baby in September (with a partial placental abruption) so I want to give my body time to heal and have some time with Connor before another one We plan on trying in about 15 months. I got AF recently so no pregnancy - YAY - but we cut it close because this was my first PP cycle. Now we know to count days and really pay close attention to my cycle to avoid pregnancy a little while longer. I don't use BC (for personal beliefs) so we have to be careful and I was hoping that exclusively BFing would help, but apparently my body thinks otherwise LOL!
