Does any mom's here work out or do some sort excersise above daily routine?

I have to started! I have been useing my excersise bike and getting a treadmill next week (cant power walk in all this snow)

I also looked at my eating habbits and found out I drink ..Yes drink 1300 caleries a day in HOMO milk!

That has stopped LOL

I hope to lose 20 or so pnds in the next 3 months!

I am NOT going all nuts and changing my whole life style just shifting a few things around is all LOL

Last year, Dh and I were working out at the gym at least 3x's a week. Then we fell off the wagon at the end of May.

I stepped on the scale yesterday and was SHOCKED! I've put on 20 lbs since May, 10 of them since October! So I'm now back on track and am watching every bite. I also hope to lose 20 lbs. quickly, but could lose a lot more and still be considered overweight.

As far as exercise, I have not started back with it. Honestly, I do NOT like to exercise. Dh is the one who dragged me with him to the gym, lol. I LOVED this piece of equipment the gym had though, the tread climber....but they decided to get rid of them (they constantly broke) last February. Our gym membership expired in November.

Cutting out the milk is going to make a big difference. Your going to notice a quick drop in weight by doing that!

I could never go to a gym. Good for you for going!!

I would really to lose about 40 pnds but 20 is a good start.

I am so glad I found about the milk. Wow what a senlsess way to pack on pnds..would rather it have been from choclates!
