Hi girls,
So the first night that I had my new BBT thermometer, I was too excited and couldn't get in a full 3 hours of sleep. Last night, my second night with it, I was still pretty excited to temp and so I didn't get in a solid sleep. I slept from about 11:30-2:30 with some waking, tossing/turning. At 2:30 I decided to temp (because I really needed to pee and wanted to do it before getting out of bed!) My temp was 36.2 degrees Celcius. I recorded it and then when I woke up again at 6am, I temped again just to see. It was the same temperature so I entered it in FF.
I wasn't sure if I had done things right with the thermometer so this evening, around 6pm, I decided to temp again just to see the difference between BBT and normal temperature. It was 36.4.
Do you think that's a fairly normal difference between my BBT and daytime temp? Or do you think I had too little sleep last night? Or that when I woke up to temp, I was "too awake" and therefore my thermometer couldn't get a BBT?
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
