It looks like you may be on a slow rise now, but it will take a few more temps to tell. The spotting could be ovulation spotting.

Oh boy. That's really, really tough to say. I'm still not convinced that you ovulated, your mucus didn't dry up and you're still experiencing wetness. The Progesterone you took on days 39-42 can affect your temps (making them rise), so it's questionable whether to trust the recent higher temps. It's a complicated chart for sure.

I don't think you have at all yet, neither the temps nor the mucus are strong confirmation of it.

You may not have O'd at all yet and FF is just throwing a guess out there because your cycle is so long.

Hang in there! A pregnancy and loss are both significant hormonal changes and it can take your body a bit of time to get back to normal. I know it's frustrating, but your body probably just need a little more time to sort itself out. It's not fun, but it is normal. ((((((((Jenn)))))))

I can only imagine how frustrating this must be for you. Is there anything your doctor can do to help get you back on track? Your cycle has already been so long and you deserve a fresh start so you can get back to TTC.

Hang in there chickie. 45 days is not too long yet, and given that you just had a miscarriage your cycles are going to be off for a while. Most doctors will not even consider inducing AF until you have crossed the 60 day mark and are getting closer to the 90 day mark. Don't give up, just give it time.

I'm really sorry you are going through this. Just hang in there. I have really irregular cycles too. Sometimes I will go 3 months without a "dot". One time, during a very stressful time, I went 6 months!
