Hi girls,
I had a big drop in BBT last night and I'm trying to figure out if something I did or didn't do caused the drop.
Normally, I get in the shower about 3 hours before bedtime.. last night, I did not.
I had been wearing heavy flannel pjs but last night it was warmer here so I just wore a t-shirt and pj bottoms..
OR.. maybe it seems like a big drop because the night before (when I had a temp of 36.7), I woke up kind of over-heated feeling and then took my temp.
Do you think either of these could have caused the drop?
Also.. I was wondering about the time of temping.. I normally temp after 3 hours of sleep (around 3am) but last night I was up late and made sure that I had 3 hours of sleep before temping (so I ended up temping around 4am). What's more important - getting in 3 hours of sleep or temping the same time every night regardless of how much sleep?
You know.. I think you girls are right, I should do FF's course and buy the TCOYF.. I'm sure either of those would help explain these things to me!
