How long have you been charting? it takes at least a couple cycles to be sure you know how long your LP is. 11 days isn't too short, but 12 and up is preferable.

My doctor told me to take 100mg of B6 to help increase my luteal phase. I was having 9 day luteal phases. This is my first month taking it and right now I am at 10 days. I have heard other women say that they had to take it for a few month to see the increase but it does work.

How long are you post BC? I wouldn't suggest adding anything until you are at least 3 cycles off of BCP, you want to see what your body will do on its own.

Was that your first cycle charting? Sometimes you'll have a weird shorter one thrown in there, even if you normally have longer LPs. Just last cycle, I had a 10 day LP, though my average is about 12.5 days... 11 days is probably nothing to worry about, and I'd wait another few cycles to see for sure if that's actually a "normal" length for you.

Good luck to you hon! I would definitely hold out and see how your body does coming off of the pill...sometimes it takes a couple of months to "work" the hormones out of your system.

Hope you stick around and keep us posted!!!

thanks i think it may take a bit to be totally sure about my cycle as AF was shorter and lighter than normal in my current cycle so im curious to see how this cycle turns out ....really would be nice if it turns out a BFP !!

I got PG with mine varying from 8-12 days. I did start taking Vitex and that helped get it consistently over 10 days.
