Hello ladies!

I was hoping you could help me. This is my first month charting and my temps don't seem right to me. Would you mind looking at my chart? My cycle is typically 32-35 days, +/- a couple of days. Shouldn't I have ovulated by now? Every time I think I am going to see a temp spike, it dips even further than it ever was before. I am temping at the same time every morning with a BBT thermometer.

Also, do you all know of any natural way to help regulate cycles?

Thanks for your help! Here it is:

Oh and one more question: is it normal to have egg white CF one month but not the next, and still ovulate? I ask because I have had no egg white CF this month but I know I have definitely had it in the past. The most fertile it has gotten this month is watery.

if you normally have a 35 day cycle, you could just be getting ready to O right now, so give it a few more days. And yes, your CM can vary a bit per cycle, some people will get a ton of EWCM, others barely any, so you could still have some before you O

I agree that you could just be getting ready to O. Good luck!

I agree with Jennifer--looks like you might be getting ready to O!

Some people take supplements or medications to help with their CM. Mucinex is a popular mucous enhancer, and there are other more "natural" supplements you can try. Pre-Seed is good too!
