I went up almost a full degree? Here I am expecting AF this morning because I dropped so much yesterday and it goes back up?!? I didn't have any major spikes like this last cycle. When it went down it stayed down and a few days later AF showed up. I thought your pattern was supposed to be somewhat similar each month. Not identical by any means, but no huge differences like random .6 degree plummets followed by a .9 degree rise. Is this normal?

Could be implantation. And there are so many variables, it can change monthly.

It can vary, and one temperature isn't conclusive anyway - because temps can be affected by lots of things. It's the overall pattern that matters, so see what the next few days bring. Your luteal phase length should be fairly consistent from cycle to cycle, but there's no evidence that the temp pattern will be similar each cycle.

Looks like a 15 day LP this cycle for whatever reason, but I am spotting so AF should be here by this afternoon. On to cycle 7! Bleh.
