I'm going to be in California for a week at the end of the month, which is a three hour time difference. What do I do about temping? I wouldn't worry, but I *should* ovulate that week. TIA!

You are going to have to rely more on secondary fertility signs(CM, etc) than temps with traveling. I can't remember the exact conversions but I know you want to try and keep your temps at the same time as possible.
Yeah, unfortunately, there's no really good system for making it work with travel, and it is annoying when it falls right around ovulation... I had the same issue this month... I ended up traveling on what I now believe was 1-3dpo.
The best you can do is rely on secondary signs (as other previous posters have noted). Since it's probably not possible for you to wake up three hours later every day, your best bet is to just temp at the same time every day while you're there and see if there's some sort of distinguishable pattern at the end.
