I think I found it, was it this conversation? http://www.justmommies.com/boards/index.ph...amp;hl=billings
I didn't mean to confuse you, but just to explain that there are systems of charting that go by mucus only to consider learning if the temps are frustrating you. But that isn't the same as just interpreting CM on your own. You have to actually learn to use those CM charting systems and how to classify CM according to their protocols, the same way you have to take that little course on FF to understand how it all works. Does that make sense? So if you aren't using the Billings CM charting system or following the Billings guidelines for CM, it's just your own form of NFP. That's perfectly fine too, if it's working! Hope that clear it all up a bit! Sorry for all the confusion![/b]

Ok, then for the name of the method that works best for me it is the
Cervical Mucus Method. I also temp, but I'm a slacker with that..
Yes, I do use the combo of them because the Billings stamps are elaborate..and I'm not that dedicated...but yes you did tell me the CM was the Billings method to interpret fertility. My temps sometimes elude me and FF almost never gives me cross hairs...
also, the Billings interprets fertility by mucus sensations at the vulva, no internal investigation...I interpret it wherever I find it..lol...meaning I um check CP...never can figure that out..then sweep whatever is in there..and analyze..and record it.
I have a pretty easy to read pattern...menses, dry, creamy, very creamy, slightly ewcm, more ewcm, most ewcm, creamy, very creamy, menses.
well my charts have been very consistent for a long time..so I believe the method is working..this cycle is definitely out of whack temp wise from the normal though...however it is right on with the cm...so I still say I have not ovulated yet...I am betting it will be delayed...
