Hi Ladies,
This week I have a training at work starting on Tuesday. I usually get up around 10, because of this training I need to get up at 7:30! I dont know what to do with my temps, this is my 1st cycle charting and I need it to be as accurate as possible because I have a dr appt coming up. Should I just record it as normal and make note that it was at 7:30, or should I make note of it and on FF mark it as "discarded"
I really need some input!
