OK I'm about to start using the fertility monitor and have a question. For the past several cycles I have been spotting several days (about 3-4) before actual AF starts. Should I start the monitor the first day I spot or the first day I'm heavier like a normal AF????

I count CD1 as the day I actually need a pad.

I'm on my fifth cycle with it.
Unfortunately, the first box of sticks I bought had expired...so my data was off by a week!!!
(That's why I tell ppl to check those expiration dates!!!)

One of the ladies here on JM gave me the directions for erasing all the info in the monitor...
Now it works just fine!!!
