I have been TTC for almost a year. This is my first month charting my BBT and also my first month taking progesterone suppositories. Can you please comment on my chart??? I don't really know what to expect. Thanks so much!!!

Looking good! Your pre-o temps are a little wacky, but that's really common and nothing to worry about. You got a positive OPK with a corresponding thermal shift so it looks like ovulation could have been CD14 or CD15. The only other thing I would suggest is that you also chart your CM. This is a very important fertility sign and it really helps clarify temps and OPKs. Good luck!

Thanks for the comments. I think my Pre O temps were out o whack because I wasn't taking them at the same time. I would disregard those. I didn't know that I needed to take my temp at the same time everyday and I needed to take it before I got out of bed. Thanks again!!
