I'm so confused about my temps! I had to wake up so early last week I think it is giving me a fake "O" date.. is that possible? The day it is telling me I O'ed was one of the dates that I had to take it early..

Can someone look and tell me what the heck is going on!? Did I "O" or is it just because I took my temps 3 hours early!?

I did get the same amount of sleep I usually get.. if that makes a big difference..

ya I had a feeling! lol So what can I do to make it stop saying that? Should I "discard" those temps? I normally have 90 something day cycles so I want to make sure it is as accurate as possible so I can discuss it with my dr In July..

Just leave it for now, and let it be. If it doesn't change it when you actually O or go away soon then discard them.
