My temp Saturday morning was way higher than all my others. Friday night I had a few glasses of wine with a friend, stayed up way later than usual and ended up sleeping 3 hrs late saturday. I know, shame on me. LOL Anyway, I'm positive this is why that one temp is so much higher. Then the next day my temp dropped and it looks like a huge drop because of the super high temp the day before. So I'm wondering if I should discard Saturday's temp or just leave it? Will having one that high screw up anything on my chart?

if you marked that you consumed alcohol, and got up 3 hrs late, it should discard your temp anyway, but I would just go ahead and discard it but note hwy

I did mark everything but it didn't discard, just gave me an open circle. So I guess I will go back and discard it myself. Thanks!

Oh, just out of curiosity, how does a temp like that affect crosshairs, coverline, etc? If it's just one weird one does it make a difference?

it may delay CH for a day or two, but being discarded it should not affect them really
