ugh, I know..I'm going to look at other vag. temp charts...to see what I can gather...

back from the pit of anovulatory cycles...wow..that made my head hurt...

I'm not asking any more questions about my bbt...it seems anovulatories...are as erratic as heck..there is no rhyme or reason for anything....That's exactly what my short light periods with erratic temps are--anovulatory...

well, at leat right now, I don't h ave to worry about getting pregnant...lol...

remember I chart to prevent...my body is just deciding to be belligerent.

Did you really just have a light flow the last time AF showed? The way your temp shot up at the end of your last cycle and has stayed up has me very curious if something is going on with your hormones. I'd almost wonder if you actually had light bleeding because of heavy ovulation or a cyst. Any chance you could see your doctor to be sure?

I think it also looks like your last bleed could have been related to ovulation, given the temp patterns of both cycles together. Without more CM information though, it's only half the picture. That's the dumb thing about FF, every time you bleed it resets things which isn't always accurate and makes it difficult to identify when ovulation occurs in the midst of ovulation bleeding.

I wonder what it would look like if you merged the two cycles into one long one. To do that you choose "More Tools" and on the right hand side you'll see that the upper section is labeled "Cycle Management". Select the second option "Merge Cycles" and input the proper cycles. I think it would be easier to see a shift if they were combined because the bleeding just doesn't seem right at all.

well, crazy ff, put ch on my chart this morning...as i've said before..I don't know the hell is going on with my body...

but yesterday, I was a crying, gassy, stay-all-day-in-bed mess....I felt like t-total CRAP...I cried about everything...the garden, the house, my SO...

I noticed I was super hot last night, and woke up super hot..and my oral was 98.4 and my vag. was 98.8.

usually my ewcm is super duper stretchy and clear...lately all I've been noticing up until AF...was globs of non-stretchy ewcm mixed in lotiony/creamy...this is not normal before AF...usually it's just lotiony/creamy.

I've commented on my hormones being confused....

my temps seem to go down later in my cycle..they did last one...

here's my chart...

http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/116ea4

ff, thinks I o'd...but I didn't have any other signs...no ewcm...just creamy...and no o pains, just gas...I noticed when my temp shoots up, I feel like crap, when they go back down, I have energy and feel good...now it's so odd..cause I feel like crap in spells, sleepy, irritable, weepy...and then 2 days later full of energy and pep, and in a good mood...

I've gone to the doc for the fatigue...he did a mono test... I never had mono, but if I did...I can imagine the TIREDNESS...I didn't even want to stand up....I also had my iron checked, and my sugar...I've asked for a hormone test, but they ignore that...

this is very noticable right before my period...even before the wackiness started...I would feel sleepy and irritable--but not Bite-chy..after ovualtion...and then the day my temp dips right before AF...I feel super energetic, and clean everything..but BITE-CHY--I'll hiss and spit at anything in my path.....that is how I know my Af is coming the next day...the energy surge and need to clean--and the war path I carve...

tell me what you think of the stupid chart...

I had light bleeding last cycle too....lighter than normal for me...and I never have midcycle spotting...so none of it makes sense...

I need to re -inform you..I am posting vag temps this chart...and posted oral temps last chart...so don't get that confused...

The baseline seems way to high. I would think you O'd several days ago if at all. I'm sure ShawnaCAN can tell you more about that. Seeing it merged definitely helps. I would get in to see your doctor for testing of your hormone levels. You may need to go on BCP or something to help try to correct things. I don't think the light bleeding would have really been AF and with the abnormal experiences you're going through physically and emotionally something is up. Have you POAS'd just in case?

I had mono as a kid and it is great that you don't have it. It is absolutely miserable. It's easily treated, but you'd be in bed pretty much nonstop for weeks.

OH, well if one cycle is oral temps and one is vaginal it won't work to interpret the merged charts. Vaginal temps are generally a bit higher than oral ones, so even though it does kind of look like a thermal shift occurred during your last bleed - there's no way to know if it's just because your vaginal temps are a bit higher or because an actual shift occurred. But for the purposes of avoiding, that's exactly how the charting should be done. If you don't confirm ovulation, then you chart any new bleeding with the same cycle and consider it potentially fertile, in case it's ovulatory breakthrough bleeding. It's not a new cycle unless menstruation follows ovulation. If you never had mid-cycle spotting before, it does not mean you never will - as you have seen. That's why each cycle should be regarded as unique, without any expectations or predictions about what could or should happen - no matter what your past cycles have been like. Each cycle is unique.

my vaginal temps run about 3-4 degrees higher than my oral...I know because I take them side by side..

well, the wierd thing is that the ff tool gave me dotted ch before I merged the cycles...so ff thinks i o'd too...

here it is non-merged...vag temp from cd 1.

http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/116ea4

allbeit...vag temps or not, I see the same temp trends from last cycle by visually adjusting the temps down 3-4 degrees...they are right on par with last cycle...so now why are my temps going up with my light bleeding?
ff thinks I o'd..but I had no symptoms...

Not sure I understand the question, but you can bleed with ovulation.
