and...when does this drop usually happen? the day before AF, the day of AF or the day after AF shows??? (usually)

I thought that it goes before the coverline the day before or day of AF. That's exactly what happened in my 1st cycle charting but then this cycle I am on CD4 and I am close but still havn't dropped below yet. I guess that is not much help to you...lol. I asked a similar question earlier this week and the response was that it sometimes doesn't drop until after AF shows. I am going to chart a few more cycles (hopefully not too many) and see if a pattern develops. I think in general everyone is a little different and you have to wait and see how your body works.

This is my second cycle charting, but I've done a little bit of reading on it. As far as I can tell, your coverline changes from cycle to cycle - it's like an average of your temps before O so it moves around. And, the temp drop is "supposed" to happen the day of or the day before AF shows, but doesn't necessarily have to gove below the current coverline. Everyone is different and eventually your own pattern will emerge. HTH and if I'm wrong, I hope I'm corrected.
