I have been taking my temp at the same time every day early in the morning and doing my best to follow the guidelines for temp taking, but it seems like my temps are so erratic. This is my first month charting though. Does it look "normal" so far?

It completely normal to have erratic temps at the beginning of your cycle until you ovulate. It's just a sign of your hormones changing during and after your period.

just a note...i agree with the hormones building up until you ovulate...but if it continues to stay erratic...and no clear signs of o with temps...(I see y ou are getting fertile mucus) then you might want to try temping vaginally next cycle...especially if you are a mouth breather...

I changed over to vaginal temping way back when. It's so much easier, I think...you don't have to worry about all the variables like with oral testing.
