This morning I woke up at around 6:30ish, I struggled to go back to sleep so I thought I'd get my BBT temp before I got up to go and pee.. I took my temps and it was 98.2 degrees.. I finally fell back to sleep at around 7 15ish this morning only to wake up at 7 45 am to go to work (I'm typing this before I go to work lol - I'm a JM addict) and I took my temps again at 7 45 am and it was 98.1 degrees.. which temps do I use to put down on my FF chart?? the 6:45 one or the 7:45 one?

the first temp, and mark what time you took it at and adjust it using FF temp correctors,

Yep first temp =) You need atleast 3+ hrs of straight sleep before getting an accurate temp..
