I was going to start temping next cycle on FF but I don't know if I can because I don't sleep through the night.. I wake up very easily and can't fall back asleep.. or I have to pee in the middle of the night and can't hold it... Insight? Tips?

There are other methods of charting that don't involve taking temps. Charting CM, CP etc...

I am sure some of the other girls who are more experienced in these techniques will pop in to offer advice.

I do CM and CP .. I'm just sure I won't be able to test because of my sleeping patterns..

I would try it anyways. After a while you would be able to see if your temps are too erratic.
