This morning I was too tired to worry about my temps..but I thought about it all day after I left for work. I took my temp this morning when woke up and it was 97.90. Then, I realized it was 3:30. (I usually never wake up that early, so I just assumed it was my normal wake up time. How wrong I was.) After that, I never really fell back asleep. I tossed and turned and what not. Then, at 6:00, I took my temp again (which is when I normally take it) and it was 97.95.

So, my question is...do I use the second temp I took of 97.95? Or do I use the adjusted temp from 3:30 which would be 98.40 according to FF? I want to do whats right...not what makes my chart look pretty...but I think I am biased. Thats why I am asking you wonderful ladies what I should do! Please help!

technically, you would use neither. The 6:00 one can't be used because you never got back to sleep, the 3:30 was 2 1/2 hrs outside your normal temp time and therefore considered to be just thrown out(anything more than 90 minutes from normal temp time should just be discarded). I'd note the temps in the notes section and just skip a temp for today
