Hi, this is my first full cycle of charting. Last month, I started temping in the middle of my cycle to get into the swing of things.

Yesterday, I had a dip in my temperature. I am nearing the end of AF. I am just spotting today. My question is, is this normal?

The link to my chart is in my siggy.

Thanks ladies.

Some women do notice sudden drops in temperature towards the end of AF. If that's your norm you'll start to see that pattern the longer you temp. Just to be sure though, did you make any changes such as A/C when you don't normally use it, sleeping in a different environment, changing your thermometer, taking your temp in a different spot, etc?

I take my temp in the same environment, at the same time, as long as we aren't traveling. I do have a fan that blows on me all night long, but that was going during my last cycle too. I will just keep an eye on my next cycles. Thanks!

It's very normal to have erratic temps also at the beginning of your cycle before you O.

Good luck!!!
