Taking a prenatal vitamin before bed won't affect my BBT, will it? This is the first time I'm taking them.

no, it won't. just mark on your chart that you started taking prenatals too so you can track it

Some things will affect your temperature, but those are usually fertility medications whic prenatals are not. Marking them on your chart does make them so much easier to remember though!
