I think I know the answer to this...

If you wake up at 9 am, when you normally wake up at 6-7 am to temp...and your vag temp is 98.4 is it adjusted to 98.2? or is it adjusted more?

or can you leave it alone, if it's one wacky temp?

Also, I had a beautiful patch of EWCM for 5 days...and it was heavy...since I usually get my AF on the 25-27th...can I be safe to say that was O? w/out the correlating temps?

or how about this...

look at my chart and tell me what you think!

I think technically you are supposed to wake up at your normal time, take your temp, write it down, and go back to sleep (if you can).

Leave it alone. One wacky temp isn't supposed to cause any problems. FF says it's the "big picture" that we need to look at, not just one day. I think you'll be getting CH in a couple of days, provided your temps go back up.

If the temp is taken more than 90 minutes from your normal set time, then discard it as it is not valid and cannot be adjusted.
I think if your temps keep going up you will get CH soon

Even waking up a few minutes late can make a big difference in your temp so normal correction formulas wouldn't even be valid. I believe FF says not to discard the temperature though so it still has a vague idea. One off temp shouldn't affect your chart, but if it becomes habit then it could be a problem.

Thanks everyone...

my temps are not correlating with my cm...I tend to trust my cm more than anything..the fact that the ewcm dried up on the 10th..tells me that I should expect AF when it is normally due...the 25th-27th.

I really don't know whether I o'd or my body is just putting up with appearances..I might be one of those lucky ones that doesn't o but gets a period regularly...

my bb's do not hurt...I haven't had a cycle where they were sore since March and then they were so FREAKING SORE...and hurt everywhere...I wonder if I have o'd since then...

but then I had a strong patch of ewcm this cycle...so maybe I did?

I don't want to get pregnant..but I don't want to be infertile either...

I really would have bloodwork done just to check your hormones even though you aren't TTC. Certain hormonal problems can cause trouble with your body as a whole and it really would be better to know.
