Hi guys

Total newbie here - I was just hoping you could look at my chart and let me know if ovulation is in my future any time soon?? I feel like this ewcm is going to last forever!! Ever since BCP my cycles have been out of whack and usually 5 to 7 weeks long - any suggestions for what I could do do bring on ovulation? I have bought some vitex as I heard this can help but tbh am a little scared about making things worse than they already are????

You can't predict O with charting, just confirm. IF you want to try adn get a little more insight, you could use OPK's too.

How long have you been off of BCP? It can take up to 18 months for your cycles to regulate post BCP, though it can also happen much sooner. I'd give it some time, or ask your doctor if you are truly concerned.

Thanks for the reply Jen Jen - the software has given me cross hairs today... I have a feeling it is wrong though - I had a temp spike this morning and think it might have been yesterday rather than a few days back... I guess the next few days will tell!
