I am going nuts!! Like literally! FF first said that I Oed on CD 19, which is what I agreed with. Then today when I woke up and entered my temp it changed my O date to CD 24.

I do not agree with that. For one thing then my symptoms all started 2 days BEFORE I Oed?! Second I really shouldnt have used todays temp cuz DH and I didnt go to bed till 5.30am and then I took my temp at 8.30ish am when I normally take it at 7. Would that affect it?

Im really upset about this, to the point where I want to cry. If I did O on CD 24 we have a low chance at conceiving.

I hate to say this, but I agree with FF. You just didn't have a sustained thermal shift if you go by an O date of CD 19. You had one higher temp and then it dropped right back down. I think it's the EWCM you have marked that threw it off. I agree with the CD 24 date. Keep in mind that some symptoms can begin before O occurs because your hormones are already in a state of fluctuation and it's the hormones that cause the symptoms.
