What does it mean when my temperature is marked by an outlined circle instead of one that is shaded in? I tried to figure it out on my own but I can't find the answer anywhere.
An open circle means that it is outside of the norm. That could mean taken outside of the normal time range or under other abnormal conditions. It sort of helps you know what FF is thinking. It may not take that temp into consideration when making calculations if it seems to throw things off.
Well, I took yesterday's temperature at 7:30 a.m. and I took today's around 10:30 a.m. so I'm guessing that's probably what it is. I hope it doesn't throw things too far off course
That would definitely be why you have an open circle. That far outside of the norm you can actually discard a temp. Leave it in for now, but it's probably not at all accurate.
I discarded yesterday's temp instead. I usually wake up around 10:30 but woke up early yesterday to help my DH find his car keys. Thanks for explaining it to me.
