Yesterday and today, I've had a higher temp then normal. It was 98.8 yesterday and 99.3 today. Should these be discarded or can I keep them?

Since they're post-O and your pre-O temps were pretty warm I would leave them alone. Now if you start to show signs of illness and have reason to believe they are from a fever relating to that illness I would discard them. For now though they look fine.

Is there some reason that would make these temps higher? Did you not get the right amount of sleep? Did you temp at a different time? Your post-O temps should be higher. I would make a note of anything unsual like if you are sick and wait and see.

Some of the more experienced charters may be able to give you a definite answer as to whether or not to discard.

The past two days I was feeling ill. No vomit. Just light headed and dizzy. I was actually surprised to see 99 degrees this morning because I don't feel sick. I get the same amount of sleep every night.. around 7-8 hrs. I guess it's fine. The average human body temperature is 98.6. So the 98.8 is fine.. I'm just not used to seeing 99 degrees.

I agree with Teri and Anna. Hang tight. Your pre-O temps are on the high side, and your post-O temps need to be higher than pre-O. I wouldn't discard them. Maybe you're just a warm kinda gal. Good Luck!!
