This is my first cycle charting. Basically to make sure I'm Oing. This morning I took my temp, and it was the same as yesterday. But I had only been asleep for maybe 1.5 - 2 hours and it was at a different time than usual. Should I disregard this temp?

Also, I always heard that just getting up and walking to the bathroom can change your temp significantly. I always wondered how much. So bored ol' me would do something like walk to the kitchen or something and check it again (yeah I'm a dork). It never increased more than maybe a tenth of a degree, and a lot of time it didn't change at all.

Well, I finally got a block of sleep for 4 hours and did it again it jumped a full degree after walking like 10 steps if that. I just walked to get the thermometer.

I'm getting a little nervous b/c I'm on CD 22 of 32, and I thought possibly I Oed on Thursday. I'm so confused.

Also, this is only my third cycle since I had DD.

For your temp to be accurate, it needs to be taken at the same time every day after at least 3 hrs of sleep with as little movement as possible and no talking. Without following those guidelines, the accuracy of charting is thrown off.
If you link us to your chart, we can give you more advice about that. And for the temp taken after only 2 hrs sleep, mark sleep deprived
