I have interstitial cystitis and yesterday I had a very bad flare that I didn't think was going to go away. I had to take a vicodin to just get through the day. It took awhile for it to even start working. Anyway my temp went up but not over my highest but it does look like it is going to continue the trend. I think the flare was from the o'ing. Here is my chart. Feel free to look and tell me what you think.

I'm sorry you had a crummy day! I would wait a few days to see what's going to happen--but make sure you keep BDing!!

Unfortunately, that won't be happening for awhile as the pain came pack this morning. I am trying to hold out on taking anything, that is except my brocco sprouts. I am using a heating pad between my legs because it just hurts so much. I wish I was at home in bed, but instead I am at work and sitting in my chair. I hope I am better by this afternoon since I am doing crafts with the children at VBS. We are making picture frames.
