Can the room temperature affect your temp?* I temp vaginally and I had a really high temp this morning.* I think the room was on the warm side and I was a little warm, but I wasn't sweating.* I temped about 20 mintues later than normal, and in the past I've noticed that if I temp later then normal then my temp is lower.* TIA for the help.

Thank you!! I guess I should have asked if it can affect it a lot. DH didn't seem to be too affected by it and he's usually warmer than I am.

I know, charting is such a delicate thing! Keep the temp the same in the room, take it at the same time everyday, it does get kind of obsessive after a while!
