I have no idea!! A very important piece of my chart is missing due to a camping trip/vacation/road trip. I was in the company of people who would like nothing better than to tell me that taking my temperature was "obsessive and you should just relax and let it happen naturally". My own best guess is that I didn't ovulate. At this point, I'd just like to have AF and reset. My FF Chart
update... well i deciced to play around with ff, and I changed the settings from ADVANCED to FAM and now, it makes it look like I am 3 dpo. Well, that would be nice, but I don't know whether to believe it or not. When it was in ADVANCED mode, FF said that I had not ovulated yet.

So what do you gals think?

I'd say put it back to advanced and give it a few more days. Are your cycles normally that long?

Welcome to JM's!!

The longest I've had since charting was 41 days. About 3 years ago I went 4 months without AF (due to an ovarian cyst). I've never been a patient person, so this is tortuous for me. Maybe if I could just get AF, then I will take a break from TTC.

I don't see a clear thermal shift. Give it a few days

I agree...just wait a few days...

I'm sorry people were bringing you down! A lot of people don't understand fertility charting, and think that it will just happen. I got so mad when people would tell me that--sometimes it doesn't "just" happen for some people! Grr!

Good luck hon, and keep us posted!

Well, I am up to 42 days now and no sign of AF. I am thinking that maybe I didn't ovulate yet, because there hasn't been any sustained temperature rise. I don't know how long I should wait before I go to the doctor. I think that you are supposed to go at a certain point when you are not pregnant and you have not had AF. Problem is, I can't get an appointment with my GYN until at least September. Maybe I should just go to my family doc.

Are you able to call the nurse and leave a message? We do "triage" calls at our office, and take phone calls like that, and advise the pt on what to do. I would call and find out...they should have something like that set up, so that if they can treat you over the phone, say, with calling in a medication, they can do that instead of making you wait for an appt.

Good luck hon. I know a lot of doctors won't do anything more than a urine pregnancy test until you have missed 2 AF's.

Well, I am going to wait a week. I bought some OPK strips last night (yes, I am a POAS addict) and I just want to see if I'm going to ovulate. I just started getting my second patch of fertile CM. If this ends up being another false alarm, I'll call the doctor's office. Thank you for the input, girls! I'll let you know if I get the +OPK.
