I'm sure I, or somebody else, has asked this before, but I'd like to make sure.
It's a fairly crucial day in the 2ww, I think, and I wasn't sure if it would make a difference or not. It's 7dpo today and I woke up at 2:15 cuz I had to pee, so laying there I was thinking a) should I lay here until 4:something and not sleep much before temping then peeing; B) should I just get up and go and then temp at normal time, I should be able to go back to sleep; or c) temp now, pee, and temp again when alarm goes off and use the adjuster. I opted for option b - get up and go, go back to sleep and temp when alarm went off at 4:45. Which is exactly what happened. It took a few minutes to go back to sleep, but I'm pretty sure I got a little over 2 hours in.
So, here's my dilema.....it was a fairly significant dip in temp (at 7dpo, I know it may or may not mean much) so do I leave it as is with a closed circle or mark sleep deprived and let it give me an open circle or does it even matter? I've learned that the less sleep I have, or the more activity I have and as the morning progresses my temps get lower. So, anyway, what should I do? TIA for the help!!
