This is my first real cycle temping regularly, and already I am noticing that my temp changes due to the ambient tempature.
IE: Our room is really sunny so it gets warmer as the day goes on. So if I temp at say 7:30 it will be .4 deg lower than it is at 8am.
So the later I test the higher my temp.
Has anyone else noticed this.

Like this morning though I tested at 7:30 am and my temp was 97.8 (I rolled over and went right back to sleep) and when I woke up at 8:15 my temp was 98.1.

Just something I noticed, that temps being off isnt having to do with "how much sleep you get" Like I know ive seen a lot of people say, but more so how much activity (gettting up and moving) or ambient temperature there is.

I don't know my temps were always affected by not getting enough sleep. And I know I have seen other girls post that their temp didn't change much even when they got out of bed but mine always does.

That could be the case, but our room is very dark and always at the same temp...if I temp at a different time, it would always be different. Especially if I didn't get enough sleep.

But, every person is different! I would just try to sticking to taking it at the same time everyday just to be safe, if you can.
