I have been charting the last few months. I am currently 5dpo. Yesterday and today my morning temps were up for a second shift to 98.4. I'm sure that's too early to be triphasic (but it looks pretty lol). Anyway, Today I am sooooo tired I can't get motivated. I even took a nap which is not normal for me and am still tired. I am also starving, eating everything in site and still hungry after (that's not normal either).
So I took my temp a bit ago after my nap. It was 100.0. My room is cool and I was not under blankets. I have been pretty sedentary today so I know it's not because of activity or exercise (I'm also usually a very active person and exercise 2x a day).
I don't feel sick at all, actually the opposite because I'm famished! Just exhausted! I'm an RN, so I don't believe I am sick at all (I tend to analyze all possible medical signs lol). I only took my temp out of pure curiosity.
So my question after this is-do your daytime temps trend up as well during early pregnancy? To me it makes sense that they would, as you would be making homones that increase your temp 24 hours a day.
Thanks for any input, I just have not noticed this before.

Waking temps are really the only ones that matter. Don't pay attention to your day temps unless you are running a fever.

I don't honestly know. It does make sense that your temp would go up, but it does sound feverish since it's so high. I'd see what happens over the next few days. Good luck!

I know it's hard to resist temping during the day, because I use to do it, but it really doesn't give a indicator either way about pregnancy. Good luck though!
