Are you using fertility friend website? if so... go to your chart, on the menu on the left-hand side, hover over "Sharing" and then click on "Home Page Set Up". Your URL is at the top

If you're using FF, on your main chart page there is a link to "Home Page setup" that will setup your home page and give you a link to add to your signature.

I also read somewhere that you don't need to chart at all during AF if you don't want to, the important thing is to start temping as soon as she's gone. I temp vaginally so I wait till CD 5 before I start temping. I just keep track of whether it's heavy, medium, or light during AF.

also does it make a difference if i temp vaginally or orally & does it make a difference if i use a BBT thermometer or a regular thermometer

It doesn't matter if you temp vaginally or orally, just make sure you do only ONE throughout your cycle. In my opinion, vaginally is more consistant. I would recommed a BBT, just because it has more decimal places.
