The link takes me to the default FF page. If you:

go to your chart, on the menu on the left-hand side, hover over "Sharing" and then click on "Home Page Set Up". Your URL is at the top.

Just copy it and paste it into a post here or into your siggy. It should look something like:
http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/16c941

Rather than index.php at the end.
