Do you do anything that you think helps to boost your fertility?

Whilst TTC, I tried to ensure both DH & I ate healthily, lots of veg & fruit. I used to prop a pillow under my hips for 15 mins after DTD to try to keep the swimmers in there... it's not a proven fact but I did it

I was taking Vitamin B6 to help lengthen my LP phase of my cycle.

How about you girls? Do you do anything?

Right now I take my prenatals, lay down for 10-15 minutes after BD'ing, and I've started drinking chai tea every day. It's suspected that something in tea helps fertility, or it could just be that by drinking tea you're opting against other, less healthy drinks and the improvement in diet makes a difference. Either way I like chai tea so I have no problem drinking it. I've also cut out my bad snacking, I'm trying to exercise daily, and trying to make other diet improvements. I used to drink a pot of coffee every morning so I think not doing that anymore has been a big improvement! I stopped before we started TTC though. Nothing I'm doing seems to help!

This is our 10th cycle now. I'm hoping I can get DH to do his SA on Monday. Depending on the results my OB may do the RE referral early. Otherwise we get the referral in November.

The insurance blew us out of the water before we even dipped our toes in. We're on our own unfortunately.
