This is my first chart and it doesn't look right. I have had irregular sleep patterns. I never realized before how much i wake in the night. No wonder I am so tired.

Thanks for any input.

If you temp after less than 3 hours of sleep are you marking it as sleep deprived? Also, are you making sure that the temp in your home is consistent from one night to the next? It's a bit bouncy, but not bad. For the most part your temp is pretty steady.

I used to get very erratic up/down temps whilst charting (click on my baby ticker to see my charts).

As Anna said about the sleep deprivation indicator. I would keep going with this cycle, and if it keeps being erratic, you may find it useful to use OPKs for next cycle. You still showing fertile CM so that's a good sign that you are getting there. GL

Thanks girls for your input. I was shocked today when I put in my temp and it said what date I o'ed. I didn't see any indicators of doing so, so I am a bit confused on that.

I have been taking my temp the first time I wake up, and then going back to lay down. I will start marking my chart with the notes you suggested.

Make sure you temp at the same time each day. That really can make a difference. If you're not temping at the same time each day and you start you may find your temps are a lot more stable.

Your CM reflects an eggie being released. You seem to have dried up now! I hope the swimmers have a good dance with your eggie!!!

Try not to test until at least 10DPO... 12 if you can hold out. 10DPO is still very early for testing.

I thought temp drops meant af is coming. Am I wrong? I thought for sure af was coming today, but no.

It can indicate AF but temps can also fluctuate throughout the cycle, so if you had 2lower temps in a row, then it's more of an AF indicator.

I just looked at your chart... I'd only count a lower AF type temp if it's on or below your coverline. Yesterday's temp was definately not low When do you plan on testing?

Was that today? It is still relatively early. Don't give up just yet.
