So last night while I was asleep my boyfriend changed the temp so it was 10 degrees cooler. When I woke up my temps were way low at 97.7. I was freezing and thought it was weird which I got up and discovered what my bf had done and changed it back to the regular temp. I ended up going back to sleep and took my temp when I woke up later and it was about where I should be. Which one should I keep? The second one was maybe an hour or two later then when I normally temp, but the first one was affected by the temperature.
If the second temp was after 3 hours of sleep I'd go with that one since it was closer to the norm in terms of environment. I'd definitely make a note of the other temperature though and why it is so far off.
