First learn about charting?

In March when I came here. I'd heard of temping, but never understood how it was supposed to work. Once I knew you charted your temp it made sense!

I had never heard of it until I joined up here. I really think girls should be told about it in high school - better educated may help surprise pregnancies.

thats def one of those things that could have really positive effects but also very negative effects. there are so many 15 year old girls that think they are ready to have kids. if they knew how to chart that would be REALLY bad!

I learned about it when we were TTC our son but found out I was pregnant on the first cycle I charted and I pretty much started charting after I was already pregnant but didn't know it. This time I am really digging my heals in though!

I guess it is the same debate about sex education huh?

I, for one, am very very glad I discovered charting... I can honestly say I don't think we would be preggo right now (or ever) if I hadn't!
