Some background- I found out I was pregnant in April and m/c a week later at 5 weeks. Since then, I've had 5 cycles, but only ovulated once. Several times my body geared up to O, but never did. This cycle, I got a + OPK on CD 14 in the morning along with a temp dip on CD 14. By nightime, my OPK was negative. I thought I was going to O in the next few days, but never had a sustained temp rise. I decided to try another OPK and I think I got another + on CD 17. Is it possible to get two +s several days apart with a negative in between?

It is definitely possible. The OPKs will let you know each time you have an LH surge because your body is rev'ing up to O, but that doesn't necessarily mean that you will. I would also call the CD 17 OPK a positive. I'm eager to see what your temp from today is.
I'm so sorry for your loss Seems like your body is trying to do what it should be but not quite getting there Have you spoken to doc about it? I hope your eggie escapes this time!
