i was readin on fertility friend and they said something about a triphasic chart may be a sign of pregnancy. they just arent explaining it well enough for me. what is a triphasic chart in dumb people terms [: is my chart triphasic? from what i understood it is. HELP! [:

Triphasic is when your chart takes another rise upward, and stays up there. It can be an indicator of pregnancy, because your temp generally rises when you're pregnant. It's not always a sign though. You can have a triphasic chart without being pregnant.

I'd give it a few more days, but it does look like it is going triphasic! Good luck!

Just what Sarah said! The easiest way I understood it was it's like there;'s 3 sets of temp types... Pre O, Post O and a little higher than Post O.

I hope this is good news for you
